We're hiring hairdressers at one of the HAIRRIGA salons closest to your home — TC Olimpia (2010), TC Riga Plaza (2017), TC Sāga (2022), TC Domina Shopping (2023), TC AKROPOLE Alfa (2024) and TC AKROPOLE Riga (2025).

HAIRRIGA is a rapidly growing chain of modern salons, thanks to our high service standards and unique walk-in system. Our team already includes what we consider to be 60 of Riga's best hairdressers, and we're looking for more great colleagues.

Plenty of clients and no time for boredom.

Health insurance for every hairdresser who: (1) works only at HAIRRIGA salons, (2) has worked at least 6 months continuously, and (3) works full time — at least 15 working days per month, of which at least 4 are on Saturdays or Sundays.

You can serve more clients than at any other salon in Riga and earn more. You can work two chairs with two clients at once (colour + cut). Choose your specialty — women's/girls' or men's/boys' stylist, children's stylist or all-round hairdresser.

We believe in paying taxes fairly — full social guarantees, all taxes paid and salary declared officially. Paid holiday, sick leave and unemployment insurance. An official salary lets you take out a lease or a mortgage and receive a decent pension.

Working hours from 10:00 only, in modern, comfortable premises in a popular shopping centre — shops, restaurants, a gym and a children's centre right around the corner.

A setup for the whole family: children's car-seat chairs with cartoon screens, barber chairs for dads, and a feminine atmosphere for moms with magazines and Lavazza coffee.

Do what you do best — cut hair and stop waiting for clients who are running late. At HAIRRIGA salons, clients wait for the stylist. Work at your own pace and volume.

Be part of a large and creative team — up to 10 hairdressers work in each salon at the same time, so you can share achievements and be inspired by colleagues.

Take part in transformation projects and receive a monthly bonus of €50 for photographing the most interesting client transformation.

We fully provide the professional tools — hair dryers, straighteners, combs. You only bring your personal scissors, clipper, small combs and clips. We work with Matrix colour and regularly host Matrix training.

Once a year we hold family events — restaurants (KOYA, Aqua Luna), dinners in the dark, sauna, ice skating, go-karting, boat trips.

Every salon has a staff lounge (fridge, microwave). In-salon services at cost price. Coffee and tea are free.

Requirements

What we expect

Experienced hairdressers who can work at a high standard and want to grow professionally — learning new cutting and colouring techniques. A model test is part of the process.
Artistry and creativity — the ability to suggest new hairstyle ideas and adapt them to the client's style and personality.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand what the client wants.
